SOC Measurement Approaches Compared

The three routes trade cost against accuracy. Measure-and-remeasure is the most direct but sampling-heavy; measure-and-model calibrates a model to measurements so it scales across large or varied areas; default IPCC factors are cheapest and most conservative.
